These kiosks utilize IoT and AI, featuring Emirates ID biometric and identity verification, interactive touchscreens, and advanced document scanning. The plan includes expanding to over 20 locations within three years.
  • Cardless Insurance Services: Daman was the first in the region to link health insurance policies to a member’s Emirates ID, eliminating the need for physical insurance cards.
  • “Hayakom Thiqa” Digital Branch Services: Daman launched digital branch services in 2021, providing members with online access to a comprehensive range of services.
  • Online Health Insurance Portal: Daman has an online web portal where its 1,800,000 customers can access their insurance policies, records, and claims and conduct their health insurance transactions online 24/7.
