It measures the percentage of flights arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. The data is collected from multiple commercial vendors and cross-checked with authoritative sources such as government agencies, airport databases, and flight-tracking organizations. Conflicting data is resolved by prioritizing the most authoritative source to ensure accuracy.

Customer Service

The second component of the score is customer service. Thousands of passengers globally rate airlines on cabin crew service, comfort, cleanliness, food quality, and onboard entertainment. Each rating is assigned a numeric value, and the average determines the airline’s customer service score. This aspect captures the subjective experience of travelers to reflect the airline’s hospitality and comfort.

Claim Processing
