Mussabeh Rashid Al Fattan grew up during a time when the UAE was beginning to take shape. In 1971, the year the country was founded, he graduated from the UAE Police Academy. That early training gave him more than a title it gave him discipline, structure, and the confidence to lead. He joined public service soon after and rose through the ranks, eventually earning the title of Lieutenant General.
