Wynn Resorts has officially unveiled Enclave, an ultra-luxury offering at its highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, set to redefine the hospitality landscape in Ras Al Khaimah. The announcement marks a significant milestone for the $5.1 billion project, which is scheduled to open in early 2027.
A New Standard in Luxury
Enclave, described as a “destination within a destination,” occupies the uppermost levels of the resort’s iconic 1,000-foot tower, offering commanding views of the Arabian Gulf’s pristine shoreline. Designed by Wynn Design & Development in collaboration with renowned studios Anouska Hempel of London and Pinto Design of Paris, Enclave features 313 residences across six distinct layouts. These range from Enclave King Suites, starting at 800 square feet, to two expansive two-story Royal Apartments, each spanning 16,000 square feet.
“Enclave is a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that blend intimacy with grandeur,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development. “We have redefined the integrated resort experience by focusing on privacy, bespoke service, and timeless elegance.”
Exclusive Amenities
Guests at Enclave will access a private, guarded entry drive leading to an exclusive lobby reserved solely for in-residence guests. With no more than 15 suites per floor, Enclave ensures unparalleled seclusion. The residences feature a tranquil colour palette of platinum, sapphire, cream, gold, and sea mist, reflecting the serene beauty of the surrounding waters. Each suite includes dual in-room private pantries stocked with morning and evening provisions, tailored for international travellers.
Enclave’s private amenities include a reserve pool and beach along the east edge of the resort’s gardens, featuring three pools, chic cabanas, and private bungalows. Dedicated beach butlers provide on-demand dining services. An exclusive restaurant, located above the grand lobby, serves breakfast for Enclave guests and transforms into a Lebanese dining experience for lunch and dinner, led by a renowned restaurateur from Beirut and Paris, making their UAE debut. Additionally, a private lobby lounge and concierge salon offer morning coffee, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, paired with a petit menu from the Lebanese restaurant.
The Broader Resort
The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort spans 60 hectares and includes 1,542 hotel rooms and suites, 22 private villas, a 20,900-square-meter main casino, 24 restaurants and lounges, a luxury shopping esplanade, a five-star spa, and a state-of-the-art events center. The resort, developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, is designed to meet the highest environmental sustainability standards. Construction is progressing rapidly, with 55% of the structural concrete complete and the tower reaching the 26th floor, aiming for a topping-out by December 2025.
Positioning Ras Al Khaimah
The unveiling of Enclave positions Ras Al Khaimah as a premier destination for luxury tourism in the UAE. As the UAE’s first gaming resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island is expected to draw visitors from the Middle East, India, and beyond. The project’s scale and ambition, coupled with Enclave’s ultra-luxury offerings, underscore Ras Al Khaimah’s growing prominence in the global hospitality and real estate sectors.
Clarifying Details
While the official press release confirms Enclave includes 313 residences, some reports cite 299 suites, possibly referring only to specific suite categories. The total of 313 likely encompasses all residence types, including suites, Royal Apartments, and potentially other layouts like garden townhomes and marina estates, though these may be separate from Enclave’s tower-based accommodations. The resort’s total cost is consistently reported as $5.1 billion across multiple sources, solidifying its status as a landmark investment.
