Refurbished Boeing 777-300ERs

Emirates has unveiled its plans to roll out refurbished Boeing 777-300ERs on select routes, marking a significant upgrade in passenger experience and fleet modernization efforts.

Initial Routes and Upgrades

Emirates, the prominent Middle Eastern carrier, has announced the initial routes for its refurbished Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The first of these aircraft is scheduled to undergo modifications starting from 1st July this year. The upgraded cabin experience will first be offered on services to Geneva from 11th August, followed by Tokyo Haneda and Brussels routes in September.

Enhanced Cabin Features

The refurbished Boeing 777-300ERs will boast 38 brand-new business-class seats arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration, ensuring aisle access for all passengers. In addition to the upgraded business class, the aircraft will feature 24 premium-economy seats and 256 economy seats, offering a comprehensive four-class interior setup.

Comprehensive Fleet Upgrade Program

Emirates is committed to a substantial $3 billion refurbishment program, encompassing 191 aircraft across its fleet, including the iconic A380s. This initiative underscores Emirates’ dedication to maintaining its position as a leader in luxury air travel and enhancing passenger comfort and satisfaction.

Expansion with Airbus A350-900s

In addition to refurbishing existing aircraft, Emirates is set to broaden its fleet with the introduction of the first Airbus A350-900s starting in September. This move is aimed at further modernizing its fleet and meeting the evolving demands of global air travel.

Emirates‘ announcement of refurbished Boeing 777-300ERs and the introduction of Airbus A350-900s reflects its proactive approach to fleet modernization and passenger comfort. With upgraded cabins and expanded routes, Emirates continues to set the standard for luxury air travel globally.
